1.2. Passport Photograph (35/40mm) on a white background (5 copies)

1.3. International Passport Booklet with 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages for Visa endorsement (4 copies)

1.4 Photocopy of Your International Passport Data Page (4 copies)

1.5. Print Out of your Duly Completed Application Form (4 copies, signed, and dated by the applicant)

1.6. Print Out of Visa Payment Slip (4 copies)

1.7. Printout of your Duly Completed Visa form, IMM22 (4 copies)

1.8. Copy of Marriage Certificate (4 copies)

1.9. Flight Itinerary (Optional)
1.10. Self Addressed Return Envelope with Paid Stamp from any courier of your choice. (Sender: Fast Visa Link LP, 3343 Peachtree Rd NE, Ste 145-2040, Atlanta GA, 30326)

2. Additional Documents - From Spouse

2.1. Spouse's Bank Statement as Evidence of Sufficient Funds where applicable (Last 3 months old - 4 copies)

2.2. Photocopy Of Spouse's Valid Nigerian Passport Data Page (4 copies)

2.3. Photocopy Of Spouse's Certificate of Citizenship

2.4. Letter from Spouse Addressed to the Consulate General of Nigeria, Atlanta - Requesting the N1A Visa for the spouse's intention of living in Nigeria (This letter must be typed, signed, and dated)

3. Notes:

- A Spouse is a legally wedded husband (male) or wife (female)

- Merely living together does not qualify as marriage for immigration purposes

- In the case of polygamy, only one spouse may qualify for immigration purposes
- Duration of permitted stay is permanent (Residence Permit is subject to Passport Validity).

- N1A is not permitted for employment

- N1A Visa is valid for only 90 days from the date of issue at the Mission
