SERVICES PROVIDED

Fast Visa Link provides visa consultation services to U.S. citizens and residents applying for Nigerian visas, including:

* Nigerian visa processing (5-year, multiple-entry)

* ETC (Emergency Travel Certificate) application

* Attestation of certificates and related documentation

Services are conducted remotely and comply with all embassy and consulate requirements. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final discretion lies with the issuing authorities.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

* Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation.

* Promptly respond to requests for additional information.

* Refrain from submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services and forfeiture of any applicable fees.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND SERVICE CREDIT

We charge fixed fees for our services. Payments must be made in full before services commence.

Refund Policy:

* You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of payment and we have not yet begun reviewing or submitting your documents.

* If services have started or your documents have been submitted to the consulate/embassy, refunds are no longer available.

* At our discretion, we may offer store credit that can be applied to future services.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use https://fastvisalink.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
