These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and offerings provided by Fast Visa Link (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Fast Visa Link

This is a binding agreement between you (the “User,” “Client,” or “you”) and Fast Visa Link, located at 3343 Peachtree Rd NE, Ste 145-525, Atlanta GA, 30326. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging our services or using our site, you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein. Please note that Fast Visa Link is a private third-party visa assistance company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nigerian government or any Nigerian embassy or consulate.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By visiting our website or sending us emails, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically (via email or through our site) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Fast Visa Link provides expert visa consultation and application assistance services to individuals (U.S. citizens and residents) applying for Nigerian visas and related travel documents, including:

* Nigerian visa processing (5-year, multiple-entry)

* ETC (Emergency Travel Certificate) application

* Attestation of certificates and related documentation

All services are provided remotely where possible and in compliance with all Nigerian embassy and consulate requirements. We offer professional guidance and support throughout the application process, but we do not guarantee that a visa or document will be approved – final decision authority rests solely with the Nigerian immigration authorities and consular officials. Our role is to help streamline and facilitate your application, providing expert help and convenience, not to promise any particular outcome. In most cases, applicants will be required to appear in person at a Nigerian consulate (for tasks such as biometric enrollment or an interview). However, minors under the age of 5 and senior citizens age 65 or older are generally exempt from in-person consulate visits. As part of our service, Fast Visa Link will assist in scheduling any required consular appointment at a time that is flexible and convenient for you. We strive to accommodate your schedule and make the consulate visit (if needed) as smooth as possible.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities as the applicant:

* Provide Accurate Information: You will submit complete, truthful, and accurate information and documentation as required for the application.

* Timely Cooperation: You will promptly respond to our requests for additional information or documents and follow the instructions provided to you throughout the process.

* Honesty and Legality: You will refrain from submitting any falsified, fraudulent, or misleading information or documentation. Any attempt to provide false documents or information is strictly prohibited.

* Consular Appointment Attendance: You agree to attend any in-person appointment at the Nigerian embassy or consulate if your application requires one (note that children under 5 and seniors over 65 may not be required to appear in person). We will help coordinate and schedule such appointments, but it is your responsibility to appear on the scheduled date and time and to comply with all consular requirements (e.g. providing biometric data or attending an interview).

Failure to fulfill the above responsibilities may result in termination of our services and forfeiture of any fees paid. If you violate these Terms or fail to cooperate, we reserve the right to discontinue services and you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND SERVICE CREDIT

We charge a fixed fee for our visa assistance services, which is separate from any government or consular fees that might be required for your visa or document application. All payments for our service must be made in full before we begin working on your case.

Refund Policy:

* Full Refund (24-hour window): You are eligible for a full refund of our service fee if you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and we have not yet begun reviewing your materials or submitting your application.

* No Refund after Processing Begins: If we have already started working on your case or have submitted your documents/application to the Nigerian consulate/embassy, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the outcome of your application – once work has commenced or your application is in process with the authorities, our service has been rendered and the fee is non-refundable.

* Service Credit: At our sole discretion, we may offer you a service credit (store credit) that can be applied toward future services with us, in lieu of a refund. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Please note that our fees are charged for the expert services and convenience we provide. Government-imposed fees (such as visa issuance fees payable to the consulate) are not included in our service fees and will typically need to be paid separately by the applicant directly to the appropriate government authority. We will inform you of any such required fees during the application process.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website (the “Site”) and services strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Fast Visa Link that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You also agree not to attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided through the Site.

All content that is included as part of our services or on the Site – such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, as well as the overall compilation and arrangement of such content is the property of Fast Visa Link or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree to respect and abide by all copyright notices and other proprietary legends or restrictions displayed on the Site’s content. You must not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content found on the Site, in whole or in part.

None of the material on the Site may be resold or redistributed by you without our prior written permission. Your use of the Site does not grant you any ownership rights to any content, and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any license or rights to the intellectual property on the Site except as expressly provided by these Terms. You will not remove or alter any proprietary rights notices (such as copyright or trademark symbols) from any copies of content. USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

In particular, you agree that you will NOT use these communication channels to:

* Upload, post, or transmit any harmful or malicious software (such as viruses, trojans, or spyware) or any content that could interfere with the operation of the Site or the services.

* Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any other person or entity, or attempt to deceive others as to the sender or origin of a message.

We reserve the right to remove any communications or materials that violate these standards or any of the terms herein, and to suspend or terminate the access of any user who misuses the Communication Services.

CHILDREN UNDER EIGHTEEN

Our website and services are intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to or collect personal information from individuals under 18 without parental consent. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must supervise and assume responsibility for your use of our services. By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the services under proper adult supervision.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The services we offer, and our website, are controlled and operated by Fast Visa Link from our offices within the United States of America. We make no representation that the materials or services on our Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the USA. If you choose to access the Site from outside the USA, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Please note that any Linked Sites are not under the control of Fast Visa Link, and we are not responsible for the contents, availability, terms of use, privacy policies, or practices of any Linked Site.

The inclusion of any third-party link on our Site does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by us of the Linked Site or any association with its operators. If you access a third-party website linked from our Site, you do so at your own risk, and you should review that third party’s terms and policies.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Visa Link, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of our website or services; (b) your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms; or (c) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documentation in connection with your visa or document application.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through Fast Visa Link’s website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes and updates are periodically added to the information on our Site. Fast Visa Link makes no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the website content, information, or the services provided for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

ALL SERVICES AND INFORMATION ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Furthermore, Fast Visa Link has no control over the decisions made by the Nigerian government or its embassies/consulates regarding your visa, passport, or certificate application. We do not guarantee that your visa or document will be approved, or that processing will be completed within a specific timeframe.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Fast Visa Link BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS of TRAVEL PLANS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY VISA OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT APPLICATION. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, and it survives any termination or expiration of your relationship with Fast Visa Link.

TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

Fast Visa Link reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice. Grounds for termination may include (but are not limited to) your breach of these Terms or any behavior that Fast Visa Link believes is unlawful or harmful to other users, third parties, or the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or our services. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Fast Visa Link as a result of this agreement or your use of the Site. Fast Visa Link’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms shall derogate Fast Visa Link’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to (or gathered by) Fast Visa Link with respect to such use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement (and any documents expressly incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fast Visa Link with respect to the Site and the services, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and the Company with respect to the Site and services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings relating to this agreement to the same extent as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of our site and services.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By using our services, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Fast Visa Link. All claims and disputes must be pursued on an individual (not collective) basis, and you shall not join your claim with the claim of any other person or entity
