  • For Adults, (not the first/primary applicant) enter your personal phone and email in the "Secondary Applicants Email and Phone Fields"

  • Click on the check box to "Accept Terms and Submit"

Document Needed For Adult's Fresh/Renew/Reissue Passport Application
When you are uploading your passport photograph, make sure it is well and evenly lit with a white background. Your face should look straight at the camera, with no big smiles or funny faces. Your picture should be at least 600 by 800 pixels, and your head and shoulders should be in the middle of the photo. It's important that both of your eyes are open and your mouth is closed. There shouldn't be any weird shadows or glares in the picture, and your face should look natural, without any red eyes or blemishes. ICAO guidelines have relaxation for kids under 5, but they must still look towards the camera. (Refer to the format below).
