At Fast Visa Link, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and expert assistance with visa applications and document services. Because our work involves time-sensitive processes and hands-on professional support, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once services have begun except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Please note: Fast Visa Link is not a government agency, and we do not issue visas or travel documents. We offer expert support to help U.S. citizens and residents apply for Nigerian travel documents such as visas, Emergency Travel Certificates (ETC), and Attestation of Citizenship Certificates. Final approval is always at the discretion of the Nigerian government and its consular authorities.

1. PAYMENT METHOD

All service fees must be paid in full before we begin work on your case. We currently accept payment exclusively via Zelle.

2. 5-YEAR MULTIPLE-ENTRY VISA GUARANTEE

We guarantee that if you use our service and follow all instructions accurately, you will receive a 5-year, multiple-entry Nigerian visa.

If your visa is approved but issued as something other than a 5-year, multiple-entry (such as a short-term or single-entry visa), you will be eligible for a full refund of our service fee. You may still retain the issued visa.

This refund applies only when:

* We confirm that your submitted documents met all published requirements, and

* The consulate issues a visa that does not match the 5-year multiple-entry criteria.

This guarantee applies only to the visa service and not to other services (e.g., ETC or attestation applications).

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Once we begin processing your case, our service fee becomes non-refundable.

“Processing” includes, but is not limited to:

* Reviewing or vetting your documents

* Completing your visa, ETC, or attestation application forms

* Contacting the Nigerian embassy, consulate, or other government body on your behalf

* Submitting your application or paperwork to a third party

If any of the above steps have been initiated, your order is final and cannot be refunded—even if your application is later denied or delayed by the consulate.

4. CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and we have not yet started any work on your case, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at [email protected]. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window, or after work has begun, are not eligible for refund.

5. SERVICE CREDITS

In special cases where a refund is not available, we may, at our discretion, offer a service credit instead. Service credits can be applied to future qualifying services offered by Fast Visa Link. These credits are not transferable and must be used within 12 months of issue.

By making a payment to Fast Visa Link, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
